Structed group programs designed to build confidence, independence and social connection. Our programs include social activities, shared meals and a supportive group environment for adults and young people.
PARTICIPANTS CAN ATTEND INDEPENDENTLY OR WITH THEIR OWN SUPPORT WORKER OR CARER.
PLEASE NOTE: LIFEPATH GROUP DOES NOT PROVIDE 1:1 SUPPORT.
Our programs
LifePath Group's programs are intentionally small, structured, and focused on genuine connection. Unlike services that feel rushed or purely activity-based, our programs combine shared meals, social interaction, and meaningful group activities in a calm and welcoming environment.
Programs are typically funded through NDIS Core or Capacity Building supports, depending on individual plans.
Adult Social Program
Duration: 1 hour + 1 hour Lunch (approx. 2 hours total)
Includes structured activity + shared lunch
Relaxed group activities where participants can build friendships and enjoy social time together. Participants can attend independently or with their own support worker or carers.
Each Social Program session is followed by a shared lunch, which is included.
Our diverse range of activities includes:
- Board Games and Bingo
- Trivia and Group Challenges
- Music and Themed Days
- Arts and Crafts
- Gardening
- Cooking/Baking
Small prizes and fun rewards will be included to encourage participation and engagement.
Lunch Club Program
Duration: 1 Hour (lunch only program)
Enjoy a shared meal in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Lunch is provided at each session, creating opportunities for social connection and routine.
Participants are welcome to attend the Lunch Club Program on its own, or as part of a Social Program session.
Support workers and carers are welcome to join for lunch for a small additional cost, payable on the day.
Youth Social Program (Ages 12-17)
Duration: 1 hour + 1 hour Lunch (approx. 2 hours total)
A supportive and engaging space for young people to build confidence, develop social skills and connect with others in a safe group environment. Participants can attend independently or with their own support worker or carers.
Each Social Program session is followed by a shared lunch, which is included.
Our activities may include:
- Arts & Crafts
- Group games and challenges e.g. Lego Building Competitions.
- Themed social activities and sessions
- Cooking/Baking
Small prizes and fun rewards will be included to encourage participation and engagement.
